I placed my order, when will my job be installed?
We provide each customer with an estimated installation time frame. Due to the nature of custom iron work, sometimes installation will occur outside of that window. We only schedule installation when it is completely built and painted/powder coated. Jobs are built and installed in the order in which they are placed.
Do I need to be home during installation?
We do not require the customer to present during installation. The installers will go by the written plan that is made during your consultation.
Do I need to have my yard marked for gas lines, irrigation systems, cable lines, etc.?
Yes. The customer is responsible for marking all underground wiring, plumbing, sprinkler systems, gas lines, and permits required by city and county. Pickle Iron is not responsible for cracked or broken brick, stone or marble upon installation of ironwork.
What colors can I choose from?
For painted projects we offer black, antique brown, and antique green. If you would like a special color, please provide us with the color formula or paint. We recommend a satin or flat finish. For powder coated jobs, there is a small selection of options available. Ask us how to view and select from those options.
What warranties does Pickle Iron provide?
We offer a one year warranty on paint, installation, and normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover damage caused by car wrecks, weather, or other acts of God are not covered.
Do you repaint existing ironwork?
Yes. Our painters will sand/wire brush any rust, spot prime where needed, and hand paint with a roller or brush. We do NOT use spray paint. This ensures a longer lasting finish. Call us for a quote 901-452-3754
